This international ANNUAL - WEEKEND based program started from the 1st weekend of May, 2020.

In its first year itself, it had participants from most continents.

Online tests is a very good initiative of Spell bee. It is extremely useful to increase voculabury.
Session is totally brain storming for child to think and write specially for the words which has same spelling but different meanings. Sir pronounces each word in very innovative way so that child becomes very attentive and writes carefully too. The way that he conducts is very friendly.
My child always waits for Sunday to come and eager to take part in it. His words count increased so well since last few days as he prepares with lot of words on Saturday and becomes very happy when he scores well.

# A child registers for it, once in a year (during the May to April period). Registration is direct. School is not involved in any manner. ANY CHILD from ANY COUNTRY can register directly ANY DAY of the year.

One can register any day and give the "balance tests".

# Child gives SPELLING TESTS on SUNDAYS only. It is a dictation test. NO STRESS ... as no preparation is to be done. Just be in the class and give the test. One learns from one's mistakes here.

These tests are the learning tool as per Pati's T&L method (Pati's Test and Learn Method).

# Child gives tests on SUNDAYs in a Year (say, 2024-2025 or 2025-2026). Those who join, after the tests have started in May, will give BALANCE TESTS ONLY. So, if you join in December, you give balance tests till early April (till Test 50). You can register in March as well and give the balance tests till early April.

# Answers are provided test wise. These are provided ONLY for the Tests attended by a child, else not.

# Tests are conducted in an online class.

Link and password are sent after registration is completed.

Word Dictation will be given, so child needs to have paper and pencil/pen ready for the class. Each word will be repeated 2 times. No meaning or sentence will be stated in the test. Pronunciation will be regular Indian English pronunciation.

Answers will be shared only after the test. Child must have attended a test to get its answers (else not). Child has to check and thus identify his/her 'weak' words and learn same through regular practice. The 'weak' words will be the study/learning material in the child's spelling learning journey. No other word list or study material will be provided.

# Test timing varies across grades / class.

Any change in schedule due to unforeseen circumstances will be informed vide email only.

# Certificates given to all who attend the SPELLer BEE exam held AFTER Test 50.

# Parents of young children can support during the test, as deemed fit.

Grade mentioned here is for the academic year, 2025-2026. It is the same across all countries.

# Nursery : 7:00 pm IST

# Junior KG : 7:15 pm IST

# Senior KG : 7:30 pm IST

# Class 1 : 11:30 am IST

# Class 2 : 11:45 am IST

# Class 3 : 12:00 noon IST

# Class 4 : 7:45 pm IST

# Class 5 : 8:00 pm IST

# Class 6 : 8:15 pm IST

# Class 7 : 8:30 pm IST

# Class 8 : 8:45 pm IST

# Class 9 : 9:00 pm IST

# Class 10 : 9:15 pm IST

# Graduates/Post Graduates : 9:30 pm IST
